This is my first script so bear with me if it
is not up to any type of CGI experts abilitys
What Does this script do ?

This script inserts the html from a file using the format index.cgi?page1 or
index.cgi?page2 as far as I know its not for the novice user but
for ppl who know a bit about perl.
